Your program is working.
Let’s prove it in four weeks.
You hand me one program. I hand you back the evidence packet your next grant, funder report, or board meeting is going to ask for — written so people who don’t live in spreadsheets can read it. That’s the Evidence Sprint.
Four weeks, start to handoff.
Two conversations on your end.
No hourly billing. No scope creep.
What you get
- A one-page logic model — inputs, activities, outcomes, and the assumptions connecting them, for the program you choose.
- Validated pre/post measures, set up to run — matched to your program (PHQ-A, GAD-7, Rosenberg Self-Esteem, MSPSS, and an adapted Beck Hopelessness Scale as appropriate), configured in the tools you already use.
- A two-page outcomes summary in plain language, with equity-disaggregated framing built in, ready to paste into a grant narrative or board report.
- A short “what next” — what to measure during programming, not after, so next year’s evidence builds itself.
How it goes
- Week 1We talk for an hour. You tell me about the program; I ask the questions.
- Weeks 2–3I build. You answer the occasional email and otherwise do your job.
- Week 4We talk for 45 minutes. I walk you through the packet and hand it off.
Two conversations. That’s the whole ask.
Ready when you are.
